One of the best treatments for a weepy eye in humans (even newborn babies) is to dilute a tiny bit of Johnson and Johnsons baby shampoo in lukewarm water and wipe around the eye and along the eyelids. Always use a new bit of paper towel or cotton wool for each wipe (so you're not re-wiping the infection back on) I've never tried it on a pig, but if it's okay for babies I wouldn't imagine it'd do any harm. Use
quarter of a teaspoon of shampoo in a pint of water.
