Hello from Bedfordshire
« on: August 12, 2010, 06:50:47 pm »
Hi

We have a lovely smallholding in Bedfordshire.  I was interested to read the thread about holiday swaps with other smallholders.  Is there anybody in either Devon or Scotland interested to swap for a week in January 2011?  We have a thatched house and one acre with 2 goats (Milking) 2 kids, two ewes, 2 GOS Sows, One about to farrow tonight I think, chickens, ducks, dog and cat.

 thanks

Hi and welcome Karen,

You could probably persuade me to swap, but then you would also be left with my aging mother, who isn't as much fun to housesit with! So maybe not.

We have goats too, 18 at present, 6 milking, 6 goatlings, 4 kids, and 2 young boys.
