« on: August 10, 2010, 08:44:39 pm »
we had my wifes ( beth ) relations come to see the place and us today.
the other day we noticed her scurs started to come loose once again somehow.
well today been the day of all days the bigger one had a big knock of somehow, well i had everyone
coming to me TREV TREV the goat the goat, look look oh trev blah blah blah.
as said i told them dont worry i have seen this thing before she wil be fine, mind you the blood running
down her face didnt reasure them!
i was at this time separating two chicks which dont look well, time will tell.
so i had to quickly sort them out and then go and put me white gloves on and put some cornflour over the wound,
it seems to have clogged it up abit.
i have been keeping an eye on her she is eating hay and drinking water.

:o  For a moment there, I thought you were saying Beth had got scurs, and I was worried!!

Oh dear, your relations may not return if that is what they have to witness on their visit.......

I have just suffered my sister, her hubby and two daughters down from Scotland for the weekend.  I had to drop everything while they visited.  They never once asked after the animals, or even mentioned them.  They do not even have a cat.  What sad people they must be with no livestock.
