Hello - From the NE Scotland
« on: March 20, 2018, 12:24:22 pm »
Hi everyone,

Very new to all of this, I'm currently studying at SRUC doing a HND in agriculture to gain knowledge, so that one day in the near future, I'll be able to live the dream of sustenance farming on a smallhold  :fc: . Anyway, I came across this sight whilst browsing the 'net and have had a good search through the topics. Seems to me like a good place to hang out, and gain valuable knowledge from such dedicated people.

All the best!

Evening :)

We've just moved to Ayshire and will be relocating to Fife in the next two weeks.  The dream is to buy a farm up here eventually...

Hi Scotsdumpy,

I'm currently based in Newmachar. Once the kids are off to un,i in the next year or two, thats when the wife and I will be selling up the house for a smallholding. Will hopefully still stay within the NE of Sotland, but that will really depend on what the prices are like.
