STEINBACHER GANDER for sale Edinburgh area
« on: March 08, 2018, 09:13:21 am »

Heartbroken (literally) to have to sell a Steinbacher gander.  He is totally pure Steinbacher, 5 years old.  We have moved to a smaller property and don't have a female for him, he needs his own wife/s.  We thought he was a she for a long time as he's quieter than the rest.

He is used to a pond and being out 24/7.  Geese hate moving (when we moved here they didn't come off the pond for about 3 weeks) and I make no apology for being completely fussy about where he is going, I love my geese and he is a lovely male.  Steinbachers are much less aggressive than other goose breeds but they are still not suitable around small children.

Let me know if interested but please state your whereabouts and circumstances, that would be appreciated.  Have tried to attach pic but file too big and don't know how to do it so can text or email a photo if interested.

Thank you for reading.
