too much of the green stuff?
« on: August 02, 2010, 09:29:13 pm »
milly and molly have seem to gone of their dry mix food alltogether, and it wasnt that much either.
a hand full mixed with kwikbeet ( cup full ) twice a day.
in between that as much good hay as they can get through any given day.
any advice as to what is going on with them!!
Langdon ;)

If they are happy, eat the grass and hay they are fine. Saves abit of money I guess.... I wish mine wouldn't eat so much hay and a bit more of the concentrates instead - that I can at least buy...

The grass has come through a bit better with the rain we have had, so maybe its the same with you, and the goats are managing to find enough to fill them .....although my goats are still eating the feed as well (but they are greedy!)
