I recommend Tim Tyne's book .... says it all  :)
Linda

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.

If you PM me your e:mail address you can have a copy of my Flock Plan.  Specific to my breed, farm and system but it might give you a starting point to work out your own.  Tim Tyne's book is the one I recommend to all new sheep keepers.

I've virtually just finished ours which I'm happy to share but it is suited to us and our sheep, for example we've had flystrike at the end of september / october for the past 2 years so now everything that is here at that point gets an extra dose of crovect which at lot of people wouldn't need to do in october !
