Today I tried the toasted Bagle with a bit of smoked salmon and an egg, it was nice and very filling, no spread or butter was used in making this breakfast!!!!!!!!

shreddies.   but at work so cow's milk not goat's (dont tell the boss I got up too late!)

well I had ....candy floss...how bad is that!!! was at the vale of evesham autumn show, it was very nice but felt very naughty lol.

I thought that when I had admited to not having home made muesli, my own bacon,sausage eggs and organic tomato and mushroom that

everyone would be scandalised. :o ::)

I had bacon, fried spud, tomatoes and a bantam egg, all home produced. That will keep me going 'til supper time.
