[Daisys Mum]

For the last 4 days I have found an egg in the nest box which is flat on one side, I think that it is one of my Bovan goldlines which is laying it, such a shame as they are lovely big brown eggs but the flat side is soft. they always have access to grit so not sure what is going on.

Is it an older hen? We have found that our hybrids in their third year slowed down on the laying front and we got quite a few misshapen eggs. Not sure why though...
