Ey up peeps,

I have a patch of hottentot fig growing over a bank and into a sheep field.  We havent had any problems yet, but is hottentot fig known to be harmful or otherwise to sheep and other grazers?

I've googled it but can't find anything.

Its leaves are edible, as are its fruit, as with some other members of the Aizoaceae family. In South Africa the sour fig's ripe fruit are gathered and either eaten fresh or made into a very tart jam.

So I wouldn't think it harmfull

Yes, I found that on the net.  It wondered though whether it was one of those things that was bad for grazers.. I'll stop fretting now then.
