EID tags

Is it me or what, but which ear do these tags go in.
Penybont Ryelands. Ystwyth Coloured Ryelands.  2 alpacas, 2 angora goats, 2 anglo nubian kids, 3golden retrievers a collie and a red fox labrador retriever, geese, ducks & chickens.

not sure if it matters but the ones I got said to put the tag with the EID in the sheeps left ear as you look at it from behind, ie the sheep is facing away from you.

EID goes in left ear looking from behind the sheep and the male part of the tag goes on the back of the ear.

Well, thats what I was told when I retagged mine! ;)

Just checked one of my new lambs and he has been tagged in the right ear do i need to retag him then.
