All of that makes a lot of peoples lifes, including mne, look dull! It is not at all suprising that your body is crying out for you to relax, you live life in the fast lane and if not careful, will get to the end far too quick and miss out on the chill out lounge!!!!!!! Hope you are doing well, that film looked good!!!

Yes, Gary, as Sandy says, it's not a race.  I've lost two great husbands to accidents, so neither of them got to that 'chill out lounge' as Sandy puts it - I'm trying very hard to make up for them losing out! ;)

It is very hard, Gary.  I don't think anyone ever 'gets over it'  Some people are stronger than others and accept what has happened.  I am a very practical person - black is black, white is white, there is no grey - so perhaps it was easier for me to make a new single life for myself than your Mum.  All you can do to help her is encourage her to have hobbies and get out with her friends.  And it is more difficult the older you are too.  I was only 59 when I was widowed the second time, and was still working - that helped as I was forced to get up in the mornings and see to the animals before going into the office.

well well, for the past 15 months I worked full time as a hgv driver, at the same time I started my business. I worked by day on the lorries and by nite and weekends on the shed building. on June the 7th. I didnt go to work as I was shattered, and never went back, That was when I realised the saying, "hard work never killed no one" was a load of muck. Though Im still as busy on my own, least I get to come home for a little time every nite, I dont want to be the dead busy bee, only here once.
