Need help with my goat

I h a female goat who I think has eaten to much grain while we was away and our friend was feeding them she is not eating or drink and is laying down and very weak

If you are not sure what has gone on or going on get the vet asap.

Acidosis with or without bloat, and if she is down now it is a job for the vet.
