Processing and disposal

So, next weekend I will be dispatching and processing my 4 Cobbs.
I've had a bit of practice with the neck-wringing and fairly confident with that bit. I have prepped game birds before on rare occasions and always disposed of unwanted bits in general refuse.
What do you do with the blood and other 'waste' when prepping chickens?
Also, will be freezing them. What is the best wrapping/freezing method?

Any advice much appreciated.

We did 6 ducks last night and we used a relatively cheap washable trays that come with lids for the meat and the ones we froze whole went into giant ziplock bags.

They trays/tupperwear stack well in our freezer and we use them for all our meat. Really helpful that they are dishwasher safe too
