Sasso French table birds
« on: July 08, 2010, 06:15:01 pm »
I have 10 Sasso chickens 6 cockerels and 4 hens ( I think ) these include 3 strains which are farm ranger ,white farm ranger and poulet gauloise .These birds are much prized in france for their ability to grow quickly on free range and produce very tasty meat .These were hatched on Feb 26th so are now 19 weeks old so should have been despatched by now .However I badly injured my arm some months ago and this injury prevented me from doing this and lots of other things .They would still make a great addition to a flock either as pairs for breeding your own or as cockerels for beefing up the progeny of your layers .Could maybe do a swap WHY .A few turkey poults would be good or piglets etc
