Can anyone recommend a non-injectable treatment for Mange/scabies?

Rub some cooking oil onto the back of the pig, mites either drown as they cannot breath or injest so much oil it kills them. The oil won't harm the pig.

Dectomax cattle pour-on works well.  Watch out for a subsequent staph. infection due to the compromised skin layer (thick irritating crusts).  Equine mud fever cream works well if this happens, but you need to use gloves to rub it in, as it contains both a/b and steroid.

Oil as suggested works well but they need to be covered in it. Pay particular attention behind the ears and in skin folds. Also the oil will help any areas that are dry with rubbing.  Someone once told me they used old chip oil from their fryers. I have also heard old sump oil and into a deep straw bed to clean them off but I think I prefer the chip oil idea! You can get a takeaway when you collect it!!
