Bantams come into lay?

I have 4 pullets i hatched, they are about 14 weeks old, roughly what age should they start laying?  And should I feed layers mash a couple of weeks before this?

I would've thought bantams would come into lay around the same time as large fowl (18-20 weeks).

I tend to keep my lot on growers/layers mix until they're well into laying, then gradually phase out the growers pellets over the course of a week.

I have found that the bantie pullets I have do start laying earlier than the large fowl.  But certainly not at 14 weeks. Think there is a few weeks to go yet. None of my younger residents seem to like growers, so they go on mixed corn, and layers pellets too.
