It is raining with gale force winds here!! The chickens are staggering about sideways looking miserable ;D

Plan for today is to bottle up some cider made from a kit (an experiement by my hubbie - it will probably be disgusting but he is quite excited about it!) and DO HOUSEWORK!! I may even WASH some floors!!  :o :o  And there is a mountain of clean laundry to sort and put away. Ironing it would be  a step TOO far ....

Just remind yourself that the good lord, in his wisdom, intended it to be a day of rest!!!!!    ;)

I learned a long time ago to fold and smooth instead of taking clothes from the line and bundling them into a basket.  No ironing for years!
Always have been, always will be, a WYSIWYG - black is black, white is white - no grey in my life! But I'm mellowing in my old age

Hello Vair It is a nice thought now but don't think I am daft will you I once saw a lad drop a spade lug tractor wheel and it landed across his end of foot and toes he had to have his big toe removed because it shattered it.Maybe today the surgeons would be able to fix it but not in 1958 they didn't.My next pay day I went into Hall's and bought my self a pair of steel toe capped shoes never without now, I wear this sort of shoe everyday I am sure I would not drop anything on my feet now I am to feeble to lift anything heavy to do so.BUT.They are very usefull for kicking the dog etc;! :-[
