the above is a short video , from 1916 ,of women on the farm !!! Now who would think they would do such things ...milking cows and feeding pigs ...lol.

Two things Russ Did you not watch the Land girls on TV the other night Showed many of the jobs they did Without modern machinery as well.2 Why does a milking stool only have 3 legs?( clearly visible in your clip)Answer the cow has the udder

I don't have TV George ...

..But I will have a look on the pc though . I can only watch a few bits here and there , including news and youtube etc , as it all counts to my download limit , whch is only 10 gb a month . It doesn't take long to use that up !!! therafter , it costs me £1 for every extra gig....
