What do you worm your goats, and how much dosage?

I usually give mine ivermectin orally, but when I look online for how much dosage to weight, it differs everywhere!

There is a page in here with table of dosages for different classes of wormer: http://www.goatvetsoc.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Goat-Health-Planning-DH.pdf
Eprinex (pour on) is now licensed for goats but as with all wormers must be used with care so you do not get resistance, best to do FEC for worms and fluke and vet can often give you a small amount of appropriate wormer save buying a big bottle.
Some wormers are 1.5 - double sheep dosage some are the same, Weigh goat if possible
