I like Starting with Pigs by Andy Case, it's my bible now 
I've not read the one you mentioned, so can't comment on it I'm afraid.

Yes, Andy Case's book is great and so is Carol Harris' A Guide to Traditional Pig Keeping.  Between the two books I've been able to find out most things.
