Sheep pawing lamb
« on: March 22, 2017, 09:26:24 am »
One of my girls had a lamb 2 days ago and all seems ok so far. My only concern is that when the lamb lies down after about 5 mins mum is pawing her to get up. Lamb seems quite alert and is suckling but I do wonder if she's not getting as much milk as she should.  Any ideas why she's doing this? This is my first season of lambing so I don't want to miss anything!
