WHITE MARAN CHICKS????
« on: June 17, 2010, 01:29:01 pm »
Bought 30 copper maran eggs from a breeder,as i love the gorgeous dark brown eggs, and fancied some pullets of my own,,friend has incubated them for me and 17 hatched all lovely strong healthy chicks, however i have 3 black and 14 white some with feathered legs,LOL. have i been conned, did not see the stock they came off and was told i could get the ODD white chick,[ but 14,!!] just hope they not colour sex linked and i got 14 boys,LOL,although my broody cuckoo maran hen has taken to them well and loves them all. ;D
