Yellow eyes

OH went and collected some orphan lambs for me the other day when i got back he had put them with our other 2,on checking them 2 had crusty yellow stuff around there eyes which i washed around the eyes and all seemed fine,this morning one of our old lambs can hardly open his eyes with yellow stuff running out of them,have bathed them is there anything i can put in them or will i need to get vet tomorrow.

bathe in saline (salt water) and keep an eye (!) on it.
we've had to treat one of the goats for Pinkeye, the eye went really cloudy & opaque, and still gets gungy sometimes. we had ointment from the vet.  it affects sheep too, and is infectious...
