Hi has anyone tried making mustard? Ibought some black mustard seeds added the white wine vinegar and spices, left it overnight, pounded it, added honey as per recipe. It tastes vile :yuck: added brown sugar and gues what?? It still tastes vile :yuck: :yuck:any ideas?

Buy ready made?
I use the powder I can then use it in cooking and make up  paste as I need/want it.

 We did like the in house made one we had in Ireland this summer, it had a drop of single malt Bushmils in it .
Strong belief , triggers the mind to find the way ... Dyslexia just makes it that bit more amusing & interesting

Now that sounds like mustard :yum: the reason for the request is that i make and sell a few preserves and have seen some interesting recipes on tinternet that i would like to try
