Selling our small holding due to a big upsizing opportunity.

Potential for development of the main barn to a dwelling house, the brick stables have top of the range Loddon doors and have been re-wired and painted throughout.

The house is sound, very warm, but does require some re-decorating.

We fitted a log burner, decorated the lounge and master bedroom, plus a new sewage treatment plant in the last few years and concreted most of the yard.

There is a large secure workshop and equally sized open barn, with a smaller lean too workshop.

5 acres of grass in various paddocks.

We have plans drawn up for the barn for conversion, plans will be submitted for approval in the next month. So should know the outcome by the new year.
