Germinal.com plastic sacks

Near a friends house there is a field which I know for dog walking. (I don't go in if there is stock.) Over the years the occupier has changed. For the last year or so it has been noticeable that the current occupier has a slacker approach to tidiness. The (public tarmac) road and verge are a mess as he comes and goes with trailer loads of sharn (to use a lovely Scot's word). His livestock must be several miles away. At one point there was three winters' worth piled high. After heavy rain the pools of water nearby were putrid. This is within 150 yards of a famous salmon river but not visible from the road. Anyhow that situation was sorted last spring and the field sown with maize undersown with ryegrass. I did notice after the drilling that lots of seed sacks were stashed in a corner between fence and stone wall. There have been cattle in most of the summer so I haven't been in much but recently I took two dogs there. In the corner the sacks were lying all around, stuck in fence, trees etc. They are made of a slightly odd plastic but it has weather very well. Most sacks look brand new. So I helped myself. I am a bit of a salvage freak and am sure they will be useful.
But
Do you think the seeds will have had chemical dressings? E.g. Slug killer, etc. It might influence what I put in them.

Turn them inside out and handle with rubber gloves?
