well, we've finally got Murphy the boar kunekune in with "the girls" ... with the help of two strapping men & two not-so-strapping ladies & a big bucket of food!!
He's been really reluctant to shift from his pen across and up to where the girls live, we've tried all sorts but he wasn't having any of it... til today!

 

so now he's ready to make babies... but the girls are playing hard to get so far!!

My younger kune kune sow is definately looking in pig, fingers crossed we all have lots of little piglets running around soon. Our boar, Sydney, is such a big softy, all it takes to get him to do anything is to show him a banana  (If only ALL men were as easy  )
