Ok its pricey but if you want to be able to make a living running a holiday let / b&b and smallholding business this is a gift.  But it is pricey, its in top condition though:

Wow, it's stunning
pygmy goats, gsd, border collie, scots dumpys, cochins, araucanas, shetland ducks and geese,  marrans, and pea fowl in a pear tree.

Goodness Hi Anne!  Yes we must.  I'm hugely late with Christmas painting deadlines due to all the house selling stuff - have another 3 viewers coming up in the next week and finding it impossible to get enough work done.  But once in to December I'll be less busy and coffee and catch up would be great, love to hear what you're doing now and what you've got.  Really great to hear from you. x
