This evening's (14 October) Landward programme had a slot on a new Heb marketing co-operative. You can get Landward on BBC iplayer. The interviewer advised that they were eating Heb lamb: I would have thought hogget in order to get a decent killout but could be wrong. I'd also have wanted to rest the meat for while, but hey-ho. Anyway, a good little plug for the breed and the co-operative (and the butchery) with some attractive shots of the flock including a four horn. I thought all in all it was a reasonable plug. Thoughts?
