vacuum packer question

At Christmas I make dog treat sets for a little rescue I support.

Today my 8 piggies went to slaughter ( first time with Kune Kunes, they were much bigger than I expected!)... I got all the plucks back and at present my dehydrator is drying out lungs and hearts.

If I use my vacuum sealer, would this keep til Christmas.

Last year I sold 100 sets which contained 6 sets of treats and a home made toy.... doing it all in two weeks was a nightmare... so I would love to do some of the longer items... the "jerky" being the most important, in advance....

I don't have freezer space for this.

Hi Kitchen Cottage, funnily enough I've been doing some research as I plan to convert some of the offal from my pigs currently in the freezer to treats for the dog as I've discovered that he loves jerky and it makes an excellent training treat. I found this on-line and thought it pretty useful.
