Hello from the Dorset/Somerset border!

Longtime reader first time poster.  We've been smallholding for about 8 months now and have gradually increased 'the menagerie' to include 2 GOS sows, 1 Kune Kune sow, 2 Ponies (New Forest X filly yearling and dartmoor x gelding 2 yr old - both reasonably tame!), 10 Portland sheep, 14 goldline hens and 3 RIR chicks who hatched last week, plus the usual assortment of household animals including 1 German shepherd, 4 cats and 2 guinea pigs.  Oh, and three kids!

All free range, the kids are almost ferrel.

Needless to say, there isn't a dull moment!

I just can't seem to stop... 6 more RIR eggs in the incubator and I forgot to add that one of the Sows will be farrowing at the beginning of Aug!  Stupid day job gets in the way a little bit though...
