Worming Pigs and sheep

Hi,

I'm looking for some advice on worming pigs and sheep.

Firstly can I worm them my self or do I need a vet to do it?

If I can do it myself do I need to get a vet to prescribe wormer or can I just pick it up from farming warehouse?

Any other advice always welcome.

Thanks

You can worm yourself and you can get wormer from the vet or the farming feedstores. You may find you have to buy much more than you need from a store whereas the vet can give you what you need. Talk to both and weigh up the options.

Discuss with vet .... sheep wormer has a lot of resistance and you need to be aware of the current recommendations.
Linda

Don't wrestle with pigs, they will love it and you will just get all muddy.

Let go of who you are and become who you are meant to be.
