can abnormalities be passed on

was thinking about molly today as allways, and was thinking if she has kids
and this udder thing is an abnormality with her, can something like this be
passed on down through the blood line?

It depends on what the abnormality is, sometimes they can be passed on, but often they aren't.

I wouldn't think Molly's teat would be passed on to her kids though.
