Through the Saddleback Club we have just arranged the sale of 10 x 12 week old organic gilts to a farm in France. They will be ready at the end of May. What we need help with is transport. With such a small shipment, a large scale haulier will be out of the question so we need to find someone with something like a Landrover & trailer willing and able to take them to the Maine et Loire region in France from Wiltshire. Does anyone have any ideas? Maybe someone with a property out there willing to combine a visit with earning a few pounds or euros to offset the travel costs? Any suggestions welcome.

Hi My husband runs a small livestock haulier business and has the relevant licences to transport animals abroad, we are based in devon and could do it with a trailer and truck.  When did you want them transported.

Thanks for responding. The shipment is due to travel end May, beginning June. the destination is halfway between Rennes & Angers. Pickup from nr Swindon, close to the M4. If you'd like to email me with some idea of costs, that would be helpful. [email protected]

Thankyou
