Fleece free to a spinning home
« on: July 01, 2016, 08:05:21 am »
I have some fleece for anyone that can make use of it

From Ryelands, soay, and Shetlands ,

One black and the remainder a mixture of all different colours.

About 9 fleece in total

How many pairs of gloves could you potentially knit with 9 fleece,

I am near arbroath, but travelling to Cumbria on 17th July so could meet up somewhere

A friend of my cousin spins, weaves and knits - I'm hoping she'll come and give us a talk at CSSA, I can sk if she wants them if you don't get any other takers.

I'm very tempted to ask for one... I now have a spinning wheel - mind you, not checked yet whether I can get it back together and make it work, it's all still in black bags. And it looks like there's no proper job coming up in the near future, so I should have time...

Well, if you don't find anybody who can make better use of them, I'd be up for one, please!
