I use an old Commodore turn over crate. It is the kind where the sheep turns over nose to tail rather than side ways.  I can turn a ewe up to 55kg on to ok but need help with a 60kg sheep as I am not the youngest or tallest on this forum. I have just used it to check feet, clean up a bit my ewes post lambing. For me it makes doing this job single handed possible and without bending. Once they are uptpright I worm them before releasing them.

The one I have just has metal bars for the back support they resented this so I tied a bit of rubber matting on it for a more comfortable ride, now they are quite happy with it.
