Hi
I am looking at some combinations for my meat birds and wondered what other people's experiences are
How long to grow them for?

Option 1
Indian game X Dorkin

Option 2
RIR X light Sussex

Or any combination of the above

Also would any of these sex link?

Thanks

Hi,

IG x Dorking is supposed to be the best combo. They came to that conclusion on the River Cottage TV series too. Its this combo that I am trying to get hold of but cant seem to find any in the Sussex/Surrey area.

RIR cockerel x LS hen would be sexlinked....the female chicks would be brown and the male chicks yellow.  Does that help?
