Rabbit teeth

Another bunny query. My French neighbour has one young female rabbit with a front tooth that is growing outward at an angle.

Since she would not think to take it to the vet - not their way, is there something from the tool box that can be used to cut it safely?

I have suggested that she puts wood into the hutches for them to chew.  It is possiblilty a deformity in this rabbit since it is only about 3 months old and the rest of the family are fine.

It is actually her two sisters that I am going to collect today. Lucky me if it is a gene!!

Thanks
