« on: February 15, 2016, 08:56:55 pm »
Our girls eggs dried up at the end of November and we have had to resort to S*%e!+a^ket eggs :-[, well this morning did the usual feed count and cuss and lo and behold over half of them have started to lay again   bless 'em. And the oven ready look is going out of fashion as well
I have missed a decent egg in the morning.

This is the best bit of news I've had in months , now  I have to decide, boil, poach, scramble of fry ?
Silly how something so simple can give you a boost .
Now what to do with the supermarket ones.....

They're probably responding to the increase in daylight hours - presumably over a year old or they'd likely lay through their first Winter.
