We are pre-selling kune kune pork, with several pigs due to go to the abattoir in the next month or so.
Kune kune pork is very sweet and succulent, is quite red in colour and most definitely superior to supermarket pork!
We will sell the pork in the usual joints, and chops, and some sausages unless specific other arrangements are agreed beforehand. If you require other butchery arrangements there may be additional costs, and if you wish your pork vacuum packed, there will also be an additional fee.
We will sell by half pigs (min 12kg for £125) or whole pigs (min 25kg for £250). There is one larger 2 year old pig if anyone wants a "big pig" box, which would be a minimum of 40kg for £400.
We will take a deposit and arrange delivery/ collection between Dingwall and Banff once orders are confirmed.
