Hello everyone,

Just bought, 4 1/2 acres which became mine last friday(13th June).  Just don't know where to start, land is classed as pasture agricultural land, i'm planning on having chickens, goats, and grow fruit and veg for now, to provide myself with a sustainable way of life.  Just applied for my SBI number, what are the pitfalls etc, i want to stay on the right side of planning for now, hoping one day i may be able to live on the land.

Any advise please.

Thanks Dollybassett
