what duck breed is the most popular for the table?

What duck breed do a lot of people rear for the table? I keep forgetting the name. I know you can use Muscovy, but its not the breed I am thinking of..... If one wanted to rear a few for the table what breed is the nicest tasting and most popular?

If you can get hold of them, pure Aylesburies are meant to be amazing but sadly nearly all the birds labelled as Aylesburies are Peking based. Personally I'm a Muscovy/Barbary fan.

I always go for Aylesbury or Saxony.

We did Pekins. A hell of a lot of mess and effort for small return though, so it's not something we'll be doing again.
