Does anyone know why it says [1] after the PROFILE on my account?

It means somebody tagged you in a post [member=42972]Jukes Mum[/member] and [member=26580]Backinwellies[/member]  (i.e. you should both have now gone up to [2] as a result of this post). You can clear it if you go into profile, then profile info and "mentions".
