Hi,
My geese won't touch docks, I only have a Muscovy drake and haven't seen any of the dock leaves nibbled so I would say no they don't.

My geese haven't touched anything except grass, until very recently when decided to de-bark a birch tree! They're off for the chop soon...

My geese nibble docks but don't usually eat but spit out. Cant get enough dandelions and nibble various flowering plants, wish they would get to work on the grass save me cutting it. Ducks wont eat docks.

My geese don't eat docks, just grass...............the only way to get rid of docks is to dig them out.

Or get a couple of goats...., but that's a whole different story...
