What colour are Ermintrude and Florence?
« on: September 20, 2015, 11:27:20 am »
When Ermintrude and Florence were born they looked black and white. Now approximately a month later they have changed colour so I would like opinions on what colour they are now so I know what to register in the herd book.

Ermintrude is shown with her mother, Florence on her own with a separate picture of her mother. The father of both was black and white.

Regards, David

My guess is that both will turn black. We've had three that colour this year and both are now black; all by a red bull out of a dun cow, a b&w cow and a dun &  white cow.
