Potato wine

Anyone had trouble with potato wine,? I can't stop it blowing a gasket from the airlock

You could take out the airlock and cover the jar with muslin or a bit of thin cotton material until it's calmed down a bit.

If the container is five gallons or less & you can manage to move it , put it somewhere a wee bit cooler and the fermentation should slow down .
 If it sticks & stops fermenting because it is too cold , . bring it back to the heated area again , after giving it a gentle stir/shake .

Once it gets going again move it back to somewhere not quite so cold .
Strong belief , triggers the mind to find the way ... Dyslexia just makes it that bit more amusing & interesting
