HI there im completly new to smallholding so i decided to go for it.  I have rented 30 Acres got 30 geese a few rabbits and 12 pigs. one saddle back, one berkshire and the rest are old spots. only been goin since november but already had piglets from two of the in pig sows, 15 little piglets in all, many have already found new homes.

I work full time so this is a big chalenge but i will keep you all informed as we continue with our lastest projects, this weekends job is to get the in pig sows and gilts in to a field and out of the barn now the weather is getting better.

Hello and welcome from the Scottish Borders, you certainly have your work cut out for you. I don't have anything like that many animals and could never cope with a full time job too. :pig:
