Killing out % of a Galloway

Hello folks - quick question...


Does anyone have an killing out percentage handy for Galloway cattle.  Can't find it easily on Google...

Sorry can't help more as I don't know what they were live weight. But my last Belted Galloway steers went at 23 months old and they looked pretty average for the breed. I got about 140kg of saleable meat back from 1 and around 160kg from the other. Hope this helps a bit.
