who cuts up your sheep
« on: August 13, 2015, 09:49:36 am »
Hi all. Unfortunately my current butcher is stopping cutting animals for other people. I'm a bit sad as he's a really good butcher but he's just too busy in his shop. I am in Lancashire, Nr Chorley, and I was just wondering who everyone else uses? Please help

Hi Louise.
William Taylors, the abattoir at Bamber Bridge, do butchering as well as slaughter.
Is it time to retire yet?

Hi Kim
Yeah I know, I take my pigs for slaughter there but I have heard mixed reviews about their butchering  :-\ ? Xx

We do our own. Mr P cuts and I mince, make burgers and bag. I could probably do it myself but I'm glad of a man's help. It wasn't that difficult to learn either theres a lot of info out there.
